INTRODUCTION

High quality is based on science and technology. Chuang Yuan series CFL adopt the scientific research achievements of the Research Center for Electric Light Sources,Southeast University. The achievement is from the vital development project(the topic of project is the research of production technique and equipment for compact fluorescent lamp) of state eighth-five years plan and has been appraised by state. The achievement possesses 14 patents (contains 4 invention patents). Production technique of lamp reaches international advanced levels, and equipment is closed to international advanced levels,and key equipment such as filament mounting、coating electronic powder、pinch sealing has reached international advanced levels. The technique route of the whole production line is short,and automation is high. Good raw materials used for lamp assure high quality and compatibility of products.

The lamp has high light efficiency. For example,the light efficicncy of 11w single end lamp can reach over 65LM/W,and luminous flux is largter then that of 60W incandescent lamp. The life of lamp can reach over 6000 hours. The lamp has good coloration、soft lighting、no light flash、lower noise,and be benefit to eye. In contrast with incandescent lamp,the lamp can save power 80% in equal lighting level. The lamp could be gotten a replacement within one year if lamp has a quality problem.
